We work in China but wanted to invest in some property as part of our retirement plan.  We worked with Biggar & Hay on two occasions to purchase buy to let flats.  We did everything online while Biggar & Hay found, sent pictures of, viewed and recommended properties for us.  On both occasions we discussed at length our offer prices and set up work and costs with Peter.  Having successfully purchased the properties we then employed Biggar and Hay to prepare the properties and then to find tenants.  We manage the lettings ourselves and run one of the flats as Airbnb. We live in Australia, B&H managed a rental property for us in Glasgow from 2014 - 2016.  We then saw a property in Edinburgh which we wanted to invest in as another buy-to-let.  We asked B&H to view and advise us on the property.  After going ahead with the purchase we now run the property as an Airbnb and employ B&H for any maintenance issues. The property in Glasgow was run very smoothly to the satisfaction of both myself and the tenants and we are extremely please with the property in Edinburgh which is a fantastic investment for us.  We can't recommend B&H highly enough. We moved away to a new job and needed an agent to manage our city flat.  We chose Biggar & Hay because of Peter's knowledge and experience of the market.   Having talked with Peter we were confident that our property was going to be managed well.  We have been with them now for 4 years.   Biggar & Hay have managed all gas and electricity certificates and there have been 2 major repairs , one communal and one replacing the old combi boiler when it finally packed in.  We did not have to come back as this was all taken care for us.  All in all we are very happy indeed.
