We will :-
- Search the market for properties that suit your criteria.
- View and access particular properties on your behalf supplying you with video, photographs and our notes.
- Cost any recommended repairs or improvements as well as any work required by you.
- Recommend an offer price that we think is suitable in the existing market conditions.
- Carry out all work to prepare and furnish the building as required to prepare it for the letting market including all necessary certificates.
- Supply full ongoing maintenance and repair service.
- Peter Aitchison can independently let the property on your behalf including – advertising, tenancy agreements and everything needed to let the property.
