If you have a property already or are in the process finding a buy-to let investment then we can offer a full letting service. Photographing, advertising, selecting tenants, tenancy agreements, council tax/utility administration, inventory.
We also specialise in holiday lets where appropriate.
Complete investment and management service.
We will do everything required to find, prepare and manage any letting investment. You can then purchase an investment property using your own solicitor with Biggar and Hay as consultants.
We will :-
- Search the market for properties that suit your criteria.
- View and access particular properties on your behalf supplying you with video, photographs and our notes.
- Cost any recommended repairs or improvements as well as any work required by you.
- Recommend an offer price that we think is suitable in the existing market conditions.
- Carry out all work to prepare and furnish the building as required to prepare it for the letting market including all necessary certificates.
- Find and manage tenants.
- Supply full ongoing maintenance and repair service.
- Everything that is required.
Research and view properties.
If you are too busy or too far away we can view properties for you. Whether you have spotted something that you are interested in or if we find something in the market for you we would supply video, photographs and our notes about the prospective property.
Develop a property for letting or resale.
We are able to carry out all aspects of building, refurbishment, decoration, kitchens, bathrooms. Where appropriate we can give design recommendations. If you already own or are about to buy a property that needs development then we can carry out all work required and have a specialist knowledge of all regulations required for the letting market.
