Residential Letting service is carried out independently by our director, Peter Aitchison, who is registered and fully qualified to act as a  letting agent.

If you have a property already or are in the process finding a buy-to let investment then Peter can offer a full letting service.  Photographing, advertising, selecting tenants, tenancy agreements, council tax/utility administration, inventory.

Peter also specialises in holiday lets/Airbnb where appropriate.
