We are no longer purchasing property assets. Our business model now is to maintain and improve our property portfolios and to optimise rental income. 100% of net income and any realised capital gains are being invested into digital assets. We have a very high conviction in the digital asset industry and have invested time researching and positioning ourselves for this change of direction.
Our business model for now is to be the best property portfolio managers we can be while investing 100% of net income into crypto currencies, which we believe are better termed as digital assets.
Until now we have provided a specialist property investment, development and management service for those wishing to invest in property as described below.
In addition to managing our own property portfolio Biggar & Hay manage portfolios and projects for our clients., portfolio building, commercial property, holiday lets and develop to sell.
We will search for appropriate residential, or commercial property for investors. Once we know what you are looking for, we will go out to the market and find property for you to invest in through your own solicitor. The properties are then owned by you and can be managed by you or by us depending on what you want.

- We will give our opinion on the performance of any potential investment.
- We develop properties to let and develop to sell.
- We can do everything – as much or as little as is required by the client – design, permissions, refurbishment and build.
- We can provide a maintenance and letting agent service as required.
